They are our strength, our inspiration, our moms. In tribute to Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 12), we look back (and forward) in celebration of Federation Women.
Last year, the Jewish communal agencies that serve older adults launched a collaborative effort to serve older adults efficiently and easily.
Who are the Chosen People? What is kosher? What is the meaning of a Bar Mitzvah? Why pray? Answers found at the Melton School.
Pass over the matzah? Heaven forbid. Hardly the bread of affliction. As we know from family recipes, matzah makes the Passover meal.
Clothes change. Hairstyles change. Families grow. The community builds. Happily, Chanukah stays Chanukah.
In the month of November we celebrate the blessings of family and community. So many reasons to give our thanks.
Following the Days of Awe comes Sukkot, a colorful and joyous celebration, one of the longest festivals of the Jewish calendar.
