In the month of November we celebrate the blessings of family and community ties, ever growing and building anew through the years. So many reasons to give our thanks.

Our thanks to our fathers, our Zaydes and grandchildren, caring, sharing, learning from one another, from generation to generation.
A ground breaking year: 1988
Our thanks to the visionaries, the dreamers, the partners – a strong foundation in a caring community, building for its future.
A good year: 1993
Our thanks to the Bubbes, the volunteers, the staff and the interns, all helping hands at Jewish Federation Apartments.
The school year: 1997
Our thanks to our students, our teachers, our rabbis, our network of Hebrew Day Schools and congregations.

Our thanks to the “People of the Books” – the writers, the readers, the speakers, celebrating a vibrant Jewish Book Fair.
Summer 2004: Federation’s Teen Mission to Israel
Our thanks to our trips of a lifetime, to our people-to-people connections and friendships made in Jewish Detroit’s Partnership 2Gether Region of the Central Galilee.
