Ride for Living 2022 | July 24

You’ll want to sit down for this! Ride For The Living 2022 registration is now open. This round-trip ride from Ferndale to the Detroit Riverfront is for riders of all ages and skill levels. Everyone from Slow Rollers (avg 11-12 mph), Cruisers (avg 13-15 mph) and Chasers (avg 16-18 mph). ebike rental is available, too. 


Congregations Care: An Evening of Interfaith Learning and Giving to Support Ukrainians | July 28

Join the interfaith community of Southfield in-person or online to hear the latest on refugee status, conditions, and the ongoing humanitarian effort from local Jewish, Armenian Orthodox, and Catholic clergy, along with an opportunity to provide financial support. Refreshments, friendship, and an optional tour of the historic Congregation Shaarey Zedek building will follow the event.


Chalking and Bedtime Stories with Jewish Senior Life | August 17

Join us at the Jewish Senior Life Prentis Apartments in Oak Park where we will chalk the walkways for the residents and enjoy some “bedtime stories” with honorary Bubbies and Zaydies who reside at the apartment.
